REFUND & RETURN
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original condition with tags intact and proof of purchase. To start a return, email Support@merchantshoard.com for instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported upon receipt. Certain items like perishables, custom orders, and personal care products cannot be returned. Exchanges are facilitated by returning the original item and placing a new order.
